New Generation Society of Lawrence (NGSL members only)
Fri., Mar. 12, 2010, 9:00am
On Friday, March 12, we will attend the 9:00 AM performance of Stellaluna, with special seating at the Lied Center.
Synopsis of Stellaluna:
Knocked from her mother's safe embrace by an attacking owl, baby bat Stellaluna lands headfirst in a bird's nest. This adorable baby fruit bat's world is literally turned upside down when she is adopted by the occupants of the nest and adapts to their peculiar bird habits until she is happily reunited with her mother. This puppet production is based on Janell Cannon's original story.
