This exhibit of 35 quilts is an exciting example of the art of the Amish people and will inspire you to look at quilts as more than just covers to keep you warm. The exhibition offers stunning examples of quilts created by women from Amish settlements in Pennsylvania, Indiana, Kansas and Ohio. Amish Quilts 1880 to 1940 provides an overview of various approaches to quiltmaking. Susan Earle, curator of the exhibit, will guide us through this exhibition and will be available during the reception following the tour.

Programs may be attended by NGSL members only.
