A Tasty Sample of Lawrence
New Generation Society of Lawrence (NGSL members only)

*NGSL Member Exclusive*Join NGSL members as we explore Lawrence restaurants in this program of what, we hope, becomes a regular offering each semester. We will gather at Merchants Pub and Plate to hear the restaurants owners discuss the history of their historical building, along with the type of dishes their executive chef chooses to create. Merchants makes seasonal changes to its menus and prepares many of their unique dishes using local ingredients..
A section of the restaurant will be reserved for NGSL members to enjoy this educational and social event. Participants will get to ingest generous samples of the restaurants favorite dishes. Iced tea and water will be provided, and small glasses of wine and beers specifically paired with the sample dishes will be for sale.
