We are pleased that you are considering the University of Kansas (KU) as one of your college choices. Selecting a college with appropriate support services that meet your needs will be an important factor in your decision. At KU, the mission of Academic Achievement and Access Center (AAAC) is to facilitate appropriate resources, services and auxiliary aids to allow each qualified student with a disability to equitably access educational, social, and career opportunities at KU.
Components of AAAC include staff program coordinators/ specialists with expertise in the areas of Learning Disabilities/Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorders, Physical Disabilities, Psychological, Deafness & Hard of Hearing and Blindness & Visual Impairment.
