Jill R. Hoover is a doctoral candidate in the Child Language Doctoral Program at the University of Kansas. She is a graduate research assistant in the Word and Sound Learning Lab. Her research interests focus on the interface between the development of the lexicon and syntax in children with specific language impairment (SLI). She is interested in identifying effective intervention approaches to treating grammatical impairments in children with SLI.
