            President Lisa Wolf-Wendel called the meeting to order at 4:15 p.m.

 

MINUTES for 04/30/09 were approved.

 

CHARGES TO FACULTY SENATE COMMITTEES

            George Bittlingmayer/Chuck Marsh moved to approve the charges to the six Faculty Senate committees. Passed.

 

NEW FACULTY APPOINTMENTS

            Mark Ezell/Barbara Phipps moved to approve the appointment of faculty members on governance committees. Passed.

 

 

            Lisa Wolf-Wendel reminded members of the reception at the Chancellor’s home following today’s meeting.
