Membership
Membership in Students for KU is an honor and speaks highly of the character and abilities of the students that are a part of the organization.
Why should I apply?
- Meet and collaborate with other KU student leaders.
- Gain unparalleled experience in public relations (meeting people, public speaking, representing the university), which develops the skills and confidence vital to success in job interviews and career advancement.

Membership Requirements
- Be a full-time KU student, in good university standing, with a cumulative GPA of 2.5
- Able to commit to serving a one-year term
- Attend bi-weekly meetings on Tuesdays at 7:30pm. Location – KU Endowment
- Participate in a minimum of five Students for KU events each semester, outside of bi-meeting
- Participate in and help organize Hawk Mud Fest ‘10
