NB: You must apply both to (1) KU Research and Graduate Studies (RGS) on-line and to (2) the Slavic Dept. by mail. The on-line application form is goes to both RGS and the Slavic Department. However, the Slavic Department asks for additional materials, which are listed in the application cover sheet and instructions documents, links for which are found below.
