I plan to attend the SFRA Conference. (Do not send a check; your registration is covered by your SFRA membership CSSF)

Notes:

If you are attending both the SFRA Conference and the Campbell Conference (including the "Teaching Science Fiction" seminar), register your membership through the SFRA online registration form.

If you plan to enroll in the SF Teaching Institute, Writers Workshops, or other CSSF educational programs, use the full enrollment form.

Checks must be mailed in advance of arrival, made out to appropriate party.

You may combine checks for CSSF.

Housing cost checks are made out to CSSF.
