Brian C. Thomas
Brian is a 1999-2003 Self Fellow pursuing a Ph.D. in physics. He received a B.S. (1999) in physics from University of the Pacific. He is working with the cosmology research group in the department of physics and astronomy. His research involves using data from redshift surveys of galaxies and N-body computer simulations to investigate cosmological parameters such as the mass density of the universe and to attempt to answer questions of how structure has formed in the universe. Mentor: Adrian L. Melott, Professor, Physics and Astronomy
