Christopher M. Taylor
| Chris , a 2004 - 2008 Self Fellow, received a Ph.D. in computer science in 2009. He received a B.S. (1997) in computer science from Southwest Missouri State University and an M.S. (2005) in computer science from the University of Kansas. He received the Paul F. Heubner Memorial Award for Excellence in Teaching. Chris worked for seven years as a software developer with an electric utility company, and has worked at a drug testing company. Chris' primary research interests at KU were data mining, bioinformatics, and machine learning. Chris is currently employed as a Product Manager at PaperWise, a software and technology solutions company, in Springfield, Missouri.
