Erik Rytting

 

Erik, a 2001-2005 Self Fellow, completed his Ph.D. in pharmaceutical chemistry in 2005. He received a B.S. (2001) in chemical engineering from Brigham Young University. With the use of cell culture, Erik studied drug transporters in the placental barrier while at KU. He has served as Project Coordinator and Marketing Director for the DIPPR(r) Chemical Database, and as a research intern for Bristol-Myers Squibb.

Eric is currently a postdoctoral research fellow in the Department of Pharmaceutics and Biopharmacy at Phillips University of Marburg in Marburg, Germany.
