Nathan, a 1998-2000 Self Fellow, completed his Ph.D.
in electrical engineering in 2002. He received a B.S.
(1995) and a M.S. (1997) in electrical engineering from
the University of Kansas. Prior to returning to KU, he
worked for Raytheon Company, Dallas, Texas.
His research interests include radar systems analysis
and signal processing, with a current focus on design,
processing, and performance issues of a space-based, multiple-satellite,
radar system. Nathan has presented papers at recent International
Geoscience and Remote Sensing Symposiums (IGARSS) in Germany,
Hawaii, and Australia, and at the 2001 IEEE International
Radar Conference in Atlanta, Georgia. He also has given
presentations at IGARSS 2002 and to the IEEE Atlanta chapters
of the AES and GRS societies. Nathan intends to continue
his research at the University of Arizona.
