Erin C. Burger Dunn
Erin, a 2002-2006 Self Fellow, received a Ph.D. in chemistry in 2007. She received a B.S. (2002) in chemistry with honors and high distinction from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln. Erin’s graduate research was in the area of asymmetric catalysis. The goal of the project was to provide a new enantioselective route toward the allylation of unstabalized ketone enolates. After graduating from KU Erin was a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana. Erin is currently a senior scientist at Deciphera Pharmaceuticals in Lawrence, Kansas.
