Carla Berg

 

Carla, a 2001-2005 Self Fellow, received her Ph.D. in psychology in 2007 after completing her residency at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School in Boston. She received a B.A. (2001) in psychology and in mathematics from Dakota Wesleyan University.

A South Dakota native, she is now a postdoctoral associate in the Department of Medicine at the University of Minnesota. She currently dedicates most of her time to research, and her main research interest is tobacco control among young adults.
