Printing from Enroll and Pay

The pages within Enroll and Pay are displayed as non-visible frames in your web browser. The Main Menu on the right side is in one frame and the area to the right is in another frame. Once you start clicking on links within a frame, the default print setting is to print the active frame. For example, if you select a link in the Main Menu and then click the print icon in the toolbar, the Main Menu frame will be the only thing that will print. The type of web browser that you use will determine what steps you need to take to correctly print pages.

Internet Explorer

In order to specify another area to print like the component on the right side, place your cursor on an area that you want to print (but not on a link) and left-click. This will make the area that you want to print the active area. Then, select File-Print from the toolbar.Then, select the Options tab. This is where you can select which option that you want to print. If you just want to print the area of interest, select Only the selected frame. If you want your printout to look exactly like the screen, use the choice
As laid out on the screen.

Mozilla Firefox
