Welcome to the Student Administration Training Registration Page

• User accounts are assigned to allow University employees access to the information necessary to perform job duties. Requests for access will be audited with this in mind.
• Once you have been trained, you will be contacted through Campus Mail with your user id and password. If you already have an Enroll and Pay sign-on, then the additional access will be added to your account.
• Please note that you must complete the Access Request Form. Lawrence and Edwards campus employees - download this form and mail it to Joanne Hickey, E&P Security Administrator at SIS in McCollum Hall Annex, Rm# 101 or bring it with you to the training session. KUMC staff - download this form and mail it to Chris Meiers, KUMC Registrar.
• If you currently use ARTS, that system will continue to be available

• To obtain a sign-on to Enroll and Pay, please print, complete and submit an Access Request Form (Microsoft Word version or Adobe PDF version).    

Sessions:

Training courses are scheduled at KUMC on an as-need basis. If you are interested in attending training on the KUMC campus, please contact Christine Schuler (785) 864-0190.
