- User accounts are assigned to allow University employees access to the information necessary to perform job duties. Requests for access will be audited with this in mind.
- You will be contacted through Campus Mail or by email with instructions for obtaining your user id and password. If you already have a SAKU sign-on then the additional access will be added to your sign-on.
- Please note that you must complete the Access Request Form. Lawrence and Edwards campus staff - download this form and mail it to Joanne Hickey, SAKU Security Administrator at the Computer Center or bring it with you to the training session. KUMC staff - download this form and mail it to Chris Meiers, KUMC Registrar.
- If you currently use ARTS, that system will continue to be available

- To obtain a sign-on to SAKU, please print, complete and submit an Access Request Form (Microsoft Word version or Adobe PDF version).
