If you have a need for Student Financials Group Post training (SAKU), please contact

  • User accounts are assigned to allow University employees access to the information necessary to perform job duties. Requests for access will be audited with this in mind.
  • You will be contacted through Campus Mail or by email with instructions for obtaining your user id and password. If you already have a SAKU sign-on then the additional access will be added to your sign-on.
  • Please note that you must complete the Access Request Form.
    • Lawrence and Edwards campus staff - download this form and mail it to Joanne Hickey, SAKU Security Administrator at Student Information Systems in the McCollum Hall Annex or bring it with you to the training session.
    • KUMC staff<- download
      this form and mail it to Chris Meiers, KUMC Registrar.
  • If you currently use ARTS, that system will continue to be available
