Veterans Retraining Assistance Program (VRAP)
- Veterans between the age of 35 to 60 who are currently unemployed may be eligible for the Veterans Retraining Assistance Program (VRAP). VRAP participants can receive up to 12 months of education assistance toward an associate degree or certificate http://benefits.va.gov/vow/education.htm.
