•Take the Challenge to lose weight and be fit! Register to be the next KU Scale Down Challenge Winner by losing weight. Scale Down Challenge is a 10 week weight loss challenge!
•Make sure to sign up for the right Challenge- Student or Faculty/Staff.

Personal Training Sign Up Form

Participant MUST be an ASRFC member to sign up for a Personal Trainer.

Each session must be paid for before the session occurs in the administrative office (Room 103) at the ASRFC.

A receipt is required to participate in a session.

There will be time spent (approximately 5-10 minutes of your 55 minute session) in your initial session for some consultation.

All paper work must be complete before a session will be scheduled.

Males above 44 years old, females above 54 years old, or those considered medically high risk will need to complete the medical clearance prior to beginning personal training services.
