Self Defense
• Can you defend yourself? Get fit while learning the art of self defense: Krav Maga!
•FREE every Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30-5:30 p.m.to KU Students.
•Or come for a 2-hour Saturday workshop either February 18th or April 14th from 10 a.m. - Noon.
Scale Down Challenge
•Take the Challenge to lose weight and be fit! Register to be the next KU Scale Down Challenge Winner by losing weight. Scale Down Challenge is a 10 week weight loss challenge!
•Make sure to sign up for the right Challenge- Student or Faculty/Staff.
