ASRFC Closed
•ASRFC will be closed Monday, May 28th for Memorial Day!
•We will resume normal hours on Tuesday, May 29th
Courts/Studio Closed
•The following courts will be closed May 14th - June 3rd due to refinishing:
•Knopp and Yoder Courts, Racquetball Courts 1-4, and Aerobics/KU Fit Studio
•All courts and the studio should be ready by June 4th

Personal Bio:
Ehren's personal fitness goal is to be as strong and toned as possible while having terrific cardiovascular fitness. He has specialties in sport-specific training; speed, quickness and agility training; and tone/definition training. Ehren also has the training experience at 24 Hour Fitness and Bally Total Fitness. Self-employed training for 2 years training pageant contestants and athletes. He specializes in weight loss, sports performance and pageant/contests.
