- ASRFC Closed
- •ASRFC will be closed Monday, May 28th for Memorial Day!
- •We will resume normal hours on Tuesday, May 29th
- Courts/Studio Closed
- •The following courts will be closed May 14th - June 3rd due to refinishing:
- •Knopp and Yoder Courts, Racquetball Courts 1-4, and Aerobics/KU Fit Studio
- •All courts and the studio should be ready by June 4th

- Starting May 12th, the ASRFC and programs will have reduced hours and availability. Check them out!
- KU Fit
- •Check out the new interim schedule! Mon., 5.14 - Fri., 6.1. Price for the Interim is $10 for the entire session - that is $10 for 3 weeks!!
- •The new KU Fit Summer Schedule begins June 4th! Cost is $25 for the entire summer! New Summer Schedule!

Refunds
- Refunds will only be granted for memberships for one of the following reasons:
- Employment from the University of Kansas is terminated. Verification will be made with Human Resources.
- Medical emergencies that inhibit the member from utilizing the ASFRC. Written documentation is required from a physician.
- Refunds for memberships will be based on time remaining on membership (pro-rated), not the entire amount.
- Cancellation of payroll deduction may be granted for one of the following reasons:
- Employment from the University of Kansas is terminated. Verification will be made with Human Resources.
- Medical emergencies that inhibit the member from utilizing the ASFRC. Written documentation is required from a physician.
- For payroll deduction, access to the ASFRC will be terminated at the time the written request for cancellation is received. There are to be no prorated refunds. Cancellation of payroll deduction is subject to administrative approval.
- There are to be no refunds of the Required Campus Fee for currently enrolled KU-Lawrence campus students.
It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that he/she is getting the best membership option. KU Recreation Services staff may make suggestions but is not held responsible for overpayment.
