- ASRFC Closed
- •ASRFC will be closed Monday, May 28th for Memorial Day!

- Courts/Studio Closed
- •The following courts will be closed May 14th - June 3rd due to refinishing:
- •Knopp and Yoder Courts, Racquetball Courts 1-4, and Aerobics/KU Fit Studio

Other Memberships
Summer Interns & Camp Employees for KU Departments
(Summer Only)
This membership option is available to individuals associated with a KU-Lawrence campus department during the summer term. The individual interested in the membership and the Department Chair/Designee must sign a Waiver & Release of Liability. Membership options exist for college students at an institution other than the University of Kansas and for non-students. College students at another institution must present their college photo id to receive the lower membership rate and must be employed with a KU-Lawrence campus department for the summer..
This membership does not include access to Robinson Center or the opportunity to participate in Intramural Sports or Sport Clubs.
Visiting Scholars
This membership option is available to guest scholars assigned to an academic department on the KU-Lawrence campus. A guest scholar is not eligible to receive a KU Photo ID as an Affiliate or Faculty/Staff and thus is considered a visiting scholar for ASRFC membership eligibility. The individual interested in the membership and the Department Chair/Designee must sign a Waiver & Release of Liability.
Visiting scholars do not have access to the Robinson Center and are not eligible to participate in Intramural Sports or the Sport Club Program.
Conference Attendees
KU departments hosting conferences may purchase access to the ASRFC for their conference attendees. Arrangements can be made so that attendees can use the ASRFC over the course of the conference. For more information, contact Membership Services at 785.864.0798.
KU departments hosting conference wishing access for their conference attendees to the Robinson Center must contact the Facility Director of the Robinson Center at 785.864.0703.
