ASRFC Closed

•ASRFC will be closed Monday, May 28th for Memorial Day!

•We will resume normal hours on Tuesday, May 29th

Courts/Studio Closed

•The following courts will be closed May 14th - June 3rd due to refinishing:

•Knopp and Yoder Courts, Racquetball Courts 1-4, and Aerobics/KU Fit Studio

•All courts and the studio should be ready by June 4th

Starting May 12th, the ASRFC and programs will have reduced hours and availability. Check them out!

KU Fit

•Check out the new interim schedule! Mon., 5.14 - Fri., 6.1. Price for the Interim is $10 for the entire session - that is $10 for 3 weeks!!

•The new KU Fit Summer Schedule begins June 4th! Cost is $25 for the entire summer! New Summer Schedule!

•New schedules for Total Fitness Boxing and Boot Camp! Both begin June 11th.

Guest Policies

1. ASRFC Members may host one non-member by purchasing a guest pass.
2. Guest passes are available at a daily rate of $7.
3. A guest pass is valid only on the date shown on the receipt.
4. Daily guest passes expire at closing time for date issued.
5. Minimum age requirement for a guest is 18.
6. A guest pass may be purchased by the sponsor in the Administrative Office.
7. The sponsor's current membership must be validated before being allowed to purchase a guest pass.
8. Guests are expected to complete a liability release form at time of purchase of guest pass and prior to entering the activity Area. The form is available in Administrative Office.
9. Guests are required to present a photo ID (i.e. Drivers License) to the Administrative Office staff at the time of purchase..
10. The sponsoring member is responsible for the conduct and action of the guest(s).
11. The sponsoring member must accompany the guest while using the ASRFC. Guests are not allowed to use the ASRFC if the sponsoring member is not present.
12. Climbing Wall usage: Guest and sponsoring member must be in area together.
13. A guest cannot host another guest.
14. A guest cannot check out equipment from Equipment Checkout.
15. A guest is not eligible to participate in Intramural Sports, Sport Clubs, Personal Training or FIT4U.
16. KU Recreation Services reserves the right to not approve a guest pass transaction.
17. Soliciting to gain access to the KU ASRFC is prohibited.
18. An ASRFC guest pass is not valid at the Robinson Center.

Kansas Alumni Association Guest Policies

One-day guest passes are available for purchase to Kansas Alumni Association members and their immediate family members aged 18 and older. This membership option is intended for out-of-town alumni who are members of the Kansas Alumni Association and wanting to visit their Alma Mater at special times of the year. Please note the following policies pertaining to Alumni Association Guests:

1. Kansas Alumni Association guest passes are available at the daily rate of $7 per person.
2. Kansas Alumni Association guest must present current Kansas Alumni Association membership card in addition to photo identification.
3. Immediate family members aged 18 and older may only be admitted as guests provided the Kansas Alumni Association member is present and purchasing a guest pass. Immediate family members are expected to present a Drivers License to the Administrative Office staff.
4. A Kansas Alumni Association guest pass is valid only on the date shown on the receipt.
