Scale Down Challenge
•Take the Challenge to lose weight and be fit! Register to be the next KU Scale Down Challenge Winner by losing weight. Scale Down Challenge is a 10 week weight loss challenge!
•Make sure to sign up for the right Challenge- Student or Faculty/Staff.

Facilities

KU Recreation Services opened a new 100,000 square foot facility in fall 2003. The Ambler Student Recreation Fitness Center is home to a variety of programs, services and equipment to meet the recreational and fitness needs of the KU Community.

The ASRFC has 16,000 square feet of cardiovascular and resistance training equipment, racquetball courts, basketball and volleyball courts, aerobics and martial arts studios, a suspended walking/jogging track and a 42 foot rock climbing wall.
