ASRFC Closed
•ASRFC will be closed Monday, May 28th for Memorial Day!
•We will resume normal hours on Tuesday, May 29th
Courts/Studio Closed
•The following courts will be closed May 14th - June 3rd due to refinishing:
•Knopp and Yoder Courts, Racquetball Courts 1-4, and Aerobics/KU Fit Studio
•All courts and the studio should be ready by June 4th

Facility Reservation Request

No organized activities except those sponsored or approved by KU Recreation Services are allowed in the KU Ambler Student Recreation Fitness Center (ASRFC), Adams Campus or the Shenk Outdoor Complex. Groups wishing to reserve recreational activity space must submit a facility reservation request. Approval of facility reservation requests is dependent upon, priority scheduling, availability, impact to existing programs, scope and nature of the event, date(s) of facility request, and the submission date of the facility reservation request. Facility requests submitted to KU Recreation Services are prioritized as follows:

  1. KU Recreation Services programs
  2. KU Student Organizations
  3. KU Affiliations (KU Departments/KU Units/KU Athletics)
  4. Non-University

Reservation Request Procedures
