Student Reading Status
Description: Information gathering about the reading of students in a general education classroom.

Directions:

1. Go into a general education classroom - any level, any grade, any subject - and survey a random sample of 10 students.
2. Talk with the teacher about the students. Observe them engaging in reading activities.
3. Based on teacher information and your observations, complete the form below. (You do not have to read student records for this activity.)
