During Spring 2008, KU undertook a focused planning effort that addressed three key areas of KU's mission: Teaching and Learning, Discovering and Innovating, and Working for Kansas.

Task forces were formed to address each of the three areas and were asked to develop specific recommendations for the future direction of the University. Below are links to the reports of the task forces and a narrative summary report by themes.

Resources on this website provided a common background for the task force members as well as provide information to the larger KU community on the strategic planning process.
