Faculty Activity Reporting System

The faculty professional record online (PRO) system is for faculty use to manage professional information on teaching, research, and service; to generate a curriculum vitae, print annual reports, promotion and tenure documents, and other university forms or applications; to update web sites; and to expand collaboration. Access PRO through the KU portal "myKU" and the menu tab "Services".

Online Help

    For assistance locating the PRO service within the MyKU Portal, please contact the KU IT Customer Service Center at 785-864-8080.

    If you cannot sign into PRO using your Online ID and current password, contact Linda Mannering, PRO Project Manager, at or 864-5523.

Confidentiality of Information

    Confidentiality of Information in PRO is governed by Faculty Senate Rules and Regulations Article VII. Section 2 Item 7.2.1

    Section 2. Confidentiality of Personnel Records

    7.2.1 Files and Dossiers. Files and dossiers on individual faculty members are in general to be treated as confidential, with access limited to the individual concerned (except as provided in Section 3 of this Article); to those administrators and committees who are directly responsible for making individual staff decisions, such as reappointment, discipline, promotion, tenure, and salary; and to local, state, and federal officials specifically authorized by constitutionally valid law or regulations to have access to specified categories of information; or unless required to be disclosed under the Kansas Open Records Act.
