LSS is comprised of highly-skilled, full-time professional staff and student technologists. Our field technologists provide on-site hardware and software support. Our help-line, 864-0400, is also staffed with full-time technology staff who are available Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM for support needs and technology requests.
