Description

The goal of this project is to provide an effective assortment of technical assistance to children, families, schools, and service providers through the collaboration of various and private agencies, universities, national projects and local education agencies.

Project activities are designed to engage students, parents/ families, and educators by offering a variety of services, supports, and linkages to systems that provide assistance to children and young adults who are deaf-blind. Through these collaborative partnerships the Kansas Deaf-Blind Project will ultimately lead to improved student, family and educator outcomes, in the least restrictive environment possible.
