Description

The vision of the Connections program is that all children in Wyandotte County will receive a comprehensive screening by two years of age.

The mission of the program is to:

  • Serve as an entry point into the Wyandotte County comprehensive early education system
  • Screen all children in Wyandotte County by two years of age
  • Support enrollment of eligible children in early intervention program services, and to link families with children ages 0-5 to community support services.

Participant Recruiting

Wyandotte County residents who are pregnant, have a child less than five years of age, or are a pregnant/parenting teen are eligible for the program.
