Current Projects
Dr. Anderson currently teaches classes on corporate finance, international finance, and emerging markets.  He is also affiliated with KU's Center for East Asian Studies and the Center of Latin American Studies.  Anderson is engaged in several research projects on ownership structure, corporate governance, and managerial incentives at Japanese industrial firms and banks.  He is also currently researching several issues related to the privatized social security pension fund system of Chile.  Other current research topics include the effect of firm-level  capital spending on long-run stock returns and how managerial incentives affect corporate charitable giving.
