Mid-America Transportation
Center Based out of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln
the center conducts research and educational activities aimed at imrpoving
the design and operation of transportation facilities.
Mack-Blackwell
Transportation Center Provides Research materials
covering dozens of topics at no charge. The center also provides training
through classes and videos.
Mid-Atlantic
Universities Transportation Center Part of the
University Transportation Centers Program. This site provides a searchable
index of research projects and publications.
University Transportation
Centers (UTC) Program The Transportation Equity
Act for the 21st Century (TEA-21), enacted on June 9, 1998, authorized
up to $194.8 million for grants to establish and operate up to 33
University Transportation Centers (UTC) throughout the U.S. in FY
1998 - 2003. Ten of these centers, which are designated as Regional
Centers, were selected by competition in 1999. The other 23 UTCs are
located at universities named in TEA-21.

Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials AASHTO
is a nonprofit, nonpartisan association representing highway and transportation
departments in the 50 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto
Rico. It represents all five transportation modes: air, highways,
public transportation, rail and water.
