Kansas Transportation Provider Map. A map public and human service transportation providers funded by the Kansas Department of Transportation. To use this map, click on the county of interest and see a list of providers with service in this county. Click on the box next to the coordinated transit district number below the map to obtain district meeting times and contact names for that district: KDOT contact, Coordinated Transit District Administrator, and Coordinated Transit District Chairperson.

Building an Individualized Transportation Plan. A template that includes a series of discussion questions given when considering the development of an individual transportation plan. Questions include but are not limited to destination, types of available services, and accessing those services and can be included (as part of the discussion) when developing plans for any individual who requires assistance with accessing employment, healthcare, counseling, rehabilitation, or other types of community activities.

Community Transportation Options Directory. The options directory identifies all the transportation options that are available to people in the typical community. It provides a framework from which to inventory and assess existing transportation options, gaps and needs.
