Announcements:
The KU Political Science graduate students got off to a good and solid start for the 2007-2008 academic year. We welcomed several new graduate students into the program, including new colleagues representing China and Kenya. Students were received with a back-to-school party hosted by PSGA. The graduate association also successfully coordinated and executed the annual departmental picnic with several students, faculty, staff and their families in attendance. Research continues to be an important element of our graduate experience at KU as we have several students preparing papers for conferences. Furthermore, there are many graduate students preparing for their comprehensive exams in the spring of 2008. With so much graduate activity we anticipate many successes. Information about what the graduate students are up to can be found at the graduate association link on the political science departmental website which we encourage you to visit. If you would like to communicate with graduate students, email us at kupsga@gmail.com.
