Tailoring Success
The KU Public Management Center provides the organizations of Kansas and its public sector professionals with tools for achieving and managing successful work environments. Depending on your needs, our custom courses are available in Open Enrollment or Customized formats.
Open Enrollment Courses are offered at the PMC in Topeka and at the KU Edwards Campus in Overland Park. They are open to any individuals and provide a training setting that brings together participants from multiple public service agencies. Customized Courses are designed to meet the needs of specific organizations, departments, or units and can range from part-day to multi-day according to your group's needs.

Awards and Recognition
Basic Supervisory Training: The Heart of True Leadership received an award in February 2007 as an Exceptional Non-Credit Program from the Association of Continuing Higher Education, Region VII.
Courses are offered when minimum enrollment numbers are met. All courses are also available on a contract basis.
