    Ryan, recipient of the Ethan Allen Scholarship, graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Weber State University . Ryan participated in the Political Science Honor Society, and aided Dr. Gary Johnson on a research project regarding the Help Americans Vote Act.

    Ryan served a two year full time mission for his church. While serving the people of Mexico , he learned Spanish and a love for people. He also had the opportunity to be a leader of a group of fellow missionaries.

    Ryan became interested in public administration at Weber State . He found an internship in South Ogden City to gain experience in the field, and discovered his love for leadership in local government. During his internship, Ryan was involved in many projects. His most noteworthy contribution was the coordinating a citizen survey from start to finish. He also researched businesses that were allocating their tax dollars to the wrong city, saving the city thousands of dollars per month, and was in charge of the Youth City Council.

    Ryan is currently a Management Intern with the City of Ottawa . His largest responsibility is to be the project leader for a citizen survey. He has learned a lot by accompanying the City Manager to his meetings.

    Ryan is a proud husband and father. He would be a very different person without the loving support of his dear wife, Cecilia.

    Ryan is looking for a position where he can have many different management opportunities.
