• Advance payment is recommended. Mail your payment to:

  and indicate the names of guests and their menu choice(s)

• If you are not able to pay in advance, email Jamie at puad@ku.edu with the names of guests and their menu choice(s). Reservations should be made in advance, even if payment is not. Payment can then be made at the conference KUCIMAT welcome table or the night of the banquet.
