Research Spotlight: Sanjay Pandey

Sanjay K. Pandey joined the PUAD faculty in Fall 2006. After completing his PhD in 1995, Sanjay spent several years in the health policy arena working for a managed care organization and at a state health policy research center.  Immediately before coming to KU, he served on the faculty of Rutgers University.

Sanjay is probably not the first faculty member, without prior experience in city management, to be swept up in the excitement about the city management profession that permeates Blake Hall.  This excitement about the profession and practice has come through in the exchanges he has had with KUCIMATS.  It also resonates with his desire to create knowledge about the city management profession that informs the broader public management community.  Sanjay will be working with KU doctoral students in Spring 2007 on a city management research project and welcomes your support.  Please feel free to drop him a line (skpandey@ku.edu) or call him at 785-864-1887.
