The Stanley Fisher Award Recipient: Rick Osborn
Rick completed his MPA mostly at the Edwards Campus in Kansas City, while demonstrating his commitment to public service as the Executive Director of Safe Streets, Safe City, a non-profit organization committed to greater security in Kansas City’s public places.

The ASPA-Kansas Chapter Award Recipient: Diane Lindeman
Diane completed her MPA mostly at the Public Management Center in Topeka, while working for students in the State of Kansas as the Director of Student Financial Assistance for the Kansas Board of Regents.

The Scott Brooks Award Recipient: Nikki Spencer
Nikki graduated Kansas State University with a bachelors degree in Psychology. While completing her MPA degree, she completed her part-time and full-time internships with the City of Ottawa, Kansas. Nikki completed her MPA in May 2006 and continues to work in Ottawa.

20th Anniversary Recognition: Beverly Vogel
Beverly Vogel, academic advisor for the MPA program at the Public Management Center in Topeka, was recognized for 20 years of service. Bev has positively impacted the lives of hundreds of MPA students in Topeka and many of them wrote notes of thanks and congratulations that were compiled into an album for Bev.
