KU faculty, staff invited to basic workshops in Arabic, Korean and Hindi

LAWRENCE — University of Kansas faculty and staff can attend three language workshops this summer to increase their linguistic and cultural understanding of Arabic, Korean and Hindi. Participants will learn basic pronunciation skills and cultural practices.

The three sessions will be from 1 p.m.-2 p.m. in Stauffer-Flint Hall, Room 100. Professor Naima Boussofara will lead the Arabic workshop July 18. Lecturer Ji-Yeon Lee will conduct the Korean workshop July 25. Patrica Sabarwal will lead the Hindi workshop Aug. 1.
