Summer Band

Summer band is scheduled to begin on August 14th, 2009. A detailed schedule is provided below. Prior to summer band, you will need to have completed the online Member Information Form and the Summer Band Expense Form found below. Summer band is required of all Marching Jayhawks and any conflicts will need to be cleared by the Director of Athletic Bands.

 

Early Dorm Move-In

Dorm move in for the Marching Jayhawks is scheduled for August 14th from 1pm - 4pm. Since the marching band moves into the residence halls before the general student body, there is a $35.00 fee charged by the university.

 

If you will be living in the dorms, we must receive the Summer Band Expense Form (with the Early Dorm Move-in option completed) and payment by July 20, 2009. Receipt of the form and payment secures your early arrival. Without the completed form, we will not be able to communicate your early arrival to the residence halls.
