KU Drumline plays Keith Urban concert

 

Students wishing to joing the 2009 Marching Jayhawks drumline are invited to join us for these one day pre-camps. KU Drum Instructors will cover KU pecussion technique and excercises in preparation for the Percussion Audition Camp in May.

All students interested in auditioning for the 2009 KU drumline should download the audition packet below and learn the eight basic unison exercises and be able to mark time with them. Additionally, players interested in tenors, bass, or cymbals should obtain and learn the split patterns provided. Two additional exercises are also provided this year specifically for snare and tenor players.
