“Territory Bands, Then and Now ”
Clyde Bysom, who will be presenting on the history of jazz in Lawrence at 1:30 on March 3, would like to invite people who are attending "Territory Bands, Then and Now," to attend the Thursday night gig of Junkyard Jazz the previous evening. Clyde has been playing jazz in Lawrence since the 1930s. Feel free to bring your instruments!

For 25 years, Junkyard Jazz has provided area musicians and fans a venue for traditional jazz. Bring your axe, if you like, or come to listen and meet musicians that have been playing this music for over 70 years.
Buffet dinner available, beginning at 6:00 PM ($10.00).
