For routine non-billable maintenance and non-emergency work requests, please contact Facilities Operations at (785) 864-4770.

For emergency service, to request billable work or to report alarms, please contact Facilities Operations at (785) 864-4770, and we will expedite your request.

The FO office is staffed from 7:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Between 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., this number will be answered by FO's Preventive Maintenance office. After 10:00 p.m. and on weekends, the number will be answered by the KU Public Safety Office.
