REQUESTING SERVICE

For routine non-billable maintenance and non-emergency billable work requests, please contact Facilities Services at
(785) 864-4770 or submit our online form.

For emergency service or to report alarms, please contact Facilities Services at (785) 864-4770, and we will expedite your request.

The FS office is staffed from 7:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Between 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., this number will be answered by FS's Preventive Maintenance office. After 10:00 p.m. and on weekends, the number will be answered by the KU Public Safety Office.
