ENERGY USE ON CAMPUS
In FY2006, the University spent a total of $9,309,889 for electric and natural gas. Total energy consumed was 774,685 MMBtu. Despite rising natural gas costs, electricity remains the more expensive energy form, with 59% of the total cost for only 47% of the total energy consumed.
