* NOTE: The KU Band will furnish Sousaphones and percussion instruments (these players must furnish their own mouthpieces, and sticks, etc.) Everyone else should furnish their own instrument, mouthpieces, lyres, & any other equipment needed. There are a very limited number of mellophones and baritones available - supply your own mouthpieces, etc!, Other instruments are in very short supply, and we will be unable to supply everyone with an instrument -- so make every effort to provide your own!)

** Spouses who are also KU Band Alumni and will play in the Alumni Band must fill out their own individual on-line application.
